Shannon Harring is a Project Engineer and EGSE Lead at BAE Systems, Inc., where responsibilities include serving as Operations Lead for Manufacturing Engineering and Planning related to Electrical Ground Support Equipment since March 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Flight Attendant at SkyWest Airlines from March 2007 to November 2025 and co-founding The Twin Pines Co., serving as Operational Project Manager from February 2020 to January 2024. Shannon Harring is currently pursuing a Master’s of Engineering in Engineering Management at the University of Colorado Boulder, following a dual Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Biochemistry from the same institution, and an Associate of Science degree from Front Range Community College.
