Garrett Aichele is a seasoned professional with military and shipyard management experience. As a Lieutenant Junior Grade in the US Navy, Garrett served as Assistant SSO OIC for COMSC PAC, contributing insights on the John Lewis T-AO class and earning the Strategic Sealift Officer Warfare Insignia in November 2023. At BAE Systems, Inc., Garrett has held several roles, including Ship Superintendent and Ship Superintendent III, overseeing safety, cost, quality, and schedule performance at BAE San Diego Ship Repair, and leading night shift operations to meet project deadlines. Garrett received education from the United States Merchant Marine Academy from 2018 to 2022.
