Dylan Barr, P.E. is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in continuous improvement and process chemical engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc. since October 2015, Dylan previously held the role of Senior Process Chemical Engineer at the same company, along with positions as a Mechanical Integrity Technician at Applied Technical Services, Inc. and a Project Engineering Intern at BAE Systems, Inc. Dylan began an academic career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech. An alumnus of Virginia Tech, Dylan earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Management at the University of Colorado, expected to complete in December 2025.
