Dr. Brian P. Roy is an experienced IT professional and educator with a diverse background in project management, business consulting, and academic teaching. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of IT Transformation at BAE Systems, Dr. Roy collaborates with partners to advance the IT Transformational Roadmap for the Electronics Sector Business Unit. Previous roles include Project Manager II at BAE Systems and Director - Senior IT Consultant at RSA Security, where responsibilities focused on enhancing business technologies and continuous process improvement. Dr. Roy also has experience as an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University and as an investor in Orangetheory Fitness, where a studio was successfully opened in Portland, Maine. Dr. Roy holds a Doctor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from Franklin Pierce University, along with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
