David Kessler serves as Vice President II & Associate General Counsel for IT & Data Law at BAE Systems, Inc., where responsibilities include leading counsel on IT and data law matters, providing strategic advice to executive stakeholders, and negotiating enterprise-level IT procurements. Prior to this role, David held positions at Verizon as Lead Public Sector Product & Marketing Counsel, overseeing legal aspects of public sector offerings, and at McAfee as General Counsel of McAfee Public Sector LLC, managing significant legal operations and compliance programs. Previous experience includes senior legal roles at Intel Corporation, Autodesk, Symantec Corporation, and Greenberg Traurig, LLP. David holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in History and Asian Studies from the University of Florida.
