Chad Bates, PhD, is a Cyber and Information Warfare professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Wargaming Solutions Engineering at BAE Systems, Inc. They also hold positions as a Cyber/Wargaming Research Professor at the United States Army War College and an Adjunct and Affiliated Professor at George Mason University. Chad has extensive experience leading cyber modeling and simulation initiatives across various military organizations, including the U.S. Army Cyber Command. They pursued multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Earth Sciences from George Mason University and a double master’s in Computer Sciences and Human Resources Management from Webster University.
