Rhonda Wooley, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning various roles and companies. Rhonda served as a Human Resource Business Partner at Dyno Nobel from August 2004 to May 2013, followed by the role of Human Resource Manager at Blue Buffalo Co from May 2013 to August 2015. Rhonda then advanced to Director of Human Resources at Opal Foods LLC from August 2015 to September 2017, and subsequently held the same title at Backyard Discovery from October 2017 until September 2025, where Rhonda also progressed to the position of VP of Human Resources. Rhonda holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Southwest Missouri State University and a degree in Business Administration with a Management Emphasis from Missouri Southern State University.
