Nicolas Lambert possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and brand promotion sectors, having held key positions over a career spanning more than a decade. Beginning as Comis de salle at Le Laurent from September 2006 to September 2009, Nicolas progressed to Maitre d'hôtel at SNC LA CLOSERIE DES LILAS from February 2010 to October 2017. Following this role, Nicolas served as Responsable de salle at Maisons et Hôtels Sibuet from December 2017 to June 2018. From July 2018 to January 2022, Nicolas worked as a Brand Promoteur at PWP. Currently, since January 2022, Nicolas holds the position of Responsable de marché CHD at Bacardi France.
