Steve Hancock is the Training & Compliance Manager at Babcock International Group, where they implement specialist training and compliance improvements supporting the Naval Base Crane Maintenance Organisation. Previously, Steve served as a Submarine Skills Support Manager and Health Physics Monitor, managing skills and competencies at the Devonport Royal Dockyard. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance, they also mentor apprentices and graduates in their training. Steve served in the Royal Air Force Regiment for 12 years, gaining valuable experience during active service and various roles throughout the UK. Currently, they pursue multiple educational qualifications, including a specialization in Human Performance Improvements.
