Previously, Pradeep held key positions such as Head of Finance at Bank of India Mutual Fund, and senior roles at Aditya Birla Finance Limited and Karvy Financial Services Limited, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, compliance, and audits. Pradeep's earlier career includes roles at Tata Motor Finance and Abengoa, focusing on finance management and statutory audits.
