Mingwei Jin is a Photonics System Engineer specializing in integrated optoelectronic systems. Currently a Sr System Validation Engineer at Ayar Labs, they design and automate test stations while focusing on SerDes characterization, optical link testing, and documentation efforts. Previously, as a Photonic Design Engineer at Lightelligence, Mingwei validated large electro-optic systems and significantly improved calibration algorithm efficiency. Mingwei holds a PhD in Physics from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Ocean University of China.
