Ashwin Harikumar Nair is a Sr. Staff Analog/Mixed Signal Designer at Ayar Labs, focusing on High-Speed SERDES design since 2025. Prior to this role, Ashwin worked at Intel Corporation as an Analog Design Engineer, where they designed High-Speed Transceivers for DDR IO, and as a Graduate Intern in the High-Speed Interfaces Lab, where they automated compliance validation for SATA 6G interfaces. Ashwin also gained experience as a Graduate Research Student at Arizona State University, researching reconfigurable solar arrays, and as a Research Member at Mahindra Electric Vehicles Pvt Ltd, focusing on battery management systems for electric vehicles. Ashwin holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
