Phil co-founded and was a Recruitment Director at RealHR Consultancy & Recruitment, successfully managing a recruitment business in the Middle East. They also held positions at Project Fortis and several recruitment firms, building a strong background in recruitment and talent management across various industries. Phil earned a degree in Business Information Management from Canterbury Christ Church University and advanced qualifications in Human Resources Management.
