Derek Frer is currently the Senior Director of Customer Success at Motive, where they focus on modernizing the transportation industry. Prior to this role, they held various leadership positions at CareerBuilder, including Director of the Advertising Business Unit and Sales Director for multiple regions, successfully growing sales teams and revenue streams. Derek also served as Vice President of Customer Success at PrePass and Associate Director of Customer Success at Verizon Connect, where they improved customer satisfaction and productivity. They began their career with a Management Trainee role at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, excelling through the training program in a record time. Derek holds a B.A. in Professional Communications from Elmhurst College.
