Sarika Saini is currently the Assistant Vice President at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, where they focus on quality and service excellence. With a strong foundation in finance and analytics, Sarika has held several key roles, including Chief Manager and Senior Manager in quality and service excellence at Max Life Insurance. They began their career as a Business Analyst at Genpact and have since gained extensive experience across various organizations, including IBM and iYogi. Sarika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from ICFAI Business School and a B. Tech. in Textile Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University.
