Martin Armayor has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Martin started their career at Ahold as a Trainee in 1998. Martin then joined Bolsa de Comercio de Córdoba as a Junior Research Analyst in 1999. In 2007, Martin joined AxionLift as a Foreign Trade Analyst and later worked as a Regional Business Manager, Business Development Manager, Export Manager, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales & Services.

Martin Armayor has a diverse education history. From 2018 to 2019, they attended IAE Business School, where they pursued a degree in Negotiation with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, Martin attended European-University Viadrina and obtained a degree in International Business Administration, known as Diplom-Kaufmann. From 2001 to 2006, they studied at Universidad Católica de Córdoba, earning their Licenciado degree in Business Administration. In 2007, Martin attended the University of Cambridge, where they completed a Business English course and obtained the BEC Vantage certification. Additionally, in 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Postgrade in International Commerce at Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21'.
