Alma Palazzi Netzel is a seasoned HR professional who currently serves as the HR Director for Spain and the Mediterranean countries at AXA Partners, leading a team of 25 and overseeing a diverse range of HR activities for 1,200 employees. With a strong background in human capital management, Alma has held various leadership roles at organizations such as PwC Deutschland and Ricoh España SLU. They are also a member of the Spain Executive Committee and the EJE&CON association. Alma's extensive international experience is complemented by advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Master's from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Master of Arts from the College of Europe.
