Terry Weeks (Bunce) is currently the Executive Resourcing Lead at AWE, where they focus on senior hiring strategies. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager in Executive Resourcing at Vodafone, leading the executive recruitment process and integrating diversity initiatives. Terry founded The RGS Partnership and has held key roles in various recruitment firms, including Alexander Mann Solutions and Paul Mason Consulting Ltd. They began their career as a Consultant at CTA Ltd, promoting from a Researcher position. Terry is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in French & German with Spanish & Linguistics at Coventry University.
