Mario Cesar B Santos currently serves as Vice President of Global Solutions and General Manager for LATAM at Aware, Inc. since September 2022, having previously held the role of Vice President of Programs where responsibilities included establishing the Program Office and Customer Success. Prior to Aware, Mario spent over a decade at IDEMIA, leading Sales Operations in North America and overseeing a large portfolio of programs, achieving significant business growth and operational excellence. With extensive experience in program management across multiple organizations, including Digimarc and Polaroid, Mario has demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale programs, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing best practices. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Harvard Extension School, an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a BS in Computer Science from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
