Heidi Ojha is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aware Health, a healthcare platform launched in June 2022 that focuses on enhancing access to musculoskeletal care through direct-to-employer and telehealth strategies. Under Heidi Ojha's leadership, the company has achieved significant improvements in patient outcomes and cost efficiency. Prior to this role, Heidi Ojha served as an Associate Professor at Temple University from August 2008 to July 2018, where significant contributions were made to the development of the Orthopaedic Residency Program and the advanced curriculum for Doctor of Physical Therapy students. Heidi Ojha holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California and a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University.
