Gretchen McCarthy currently serves as the Manager of Account Leadership at ����ō��, a company formed in 2024 following the merger of Subject Matter and Kivvit. Prior to this role, Gretchen held positions in the Account Leadership department at Subject Matter from May 2020 until its rebranding as Avoq in 2024, starting as a Coordinator and later becoming an Associate. Earlier experience includes serving as Head Sailing Instructor and Sailing Instructor at Shelter Island Yacht Club from June 2016 to August 2018. Gretchen holds a Bachelor's degree in Government, Psychology, and Spanish from Georgetown University, earned from 2016 to 2020, and graduated from New Canaan High School in 2016.
