Lucy Hildon is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Aviva since February 2021, where responsibilities include partnering with executive leadership to develop the People strategy for Personal Lines within General Insurance. Prior to this role, Lucy was a Strategic People Partner at Lowell from April 2019 to February 2021, supporting Exco members in various business areas. Lucy's extensive experience also includes positions at Lloyds Banking Group as an HR Senior Change Manager and People Partner, and at William Hill as HR Operations Manager. Earlier career experience includes a role as an HR Consultant at Aviva, where Lucy completed the HR Graduate Scheme. Lucy holds a Master of Arts in Business Management from Heriot-Watt University.
