Paul Braid is an experienced professional in sales and service management, currently serving as the Head of Ancillary Sales & Service UK & EMEA at Avis Budget Group since May 2017. In this role, Paul is responsible for leading and developing teams to achieve key business objectives while enhancing customer strategies. Significant achievements include the creation of a new Service & Sales Program for EMEA and the development of a Coaching Tool for improving customer interactions, used across 20 countries. Prior to this, Paul held various managerial roles at Vodafone from May 2006 to May 2017, overseeing multiple retail stores and supporting regional operations, and worked at Orange from January 2002 to May 2006 in different capacities, including Retail Store Manager. Paul’s education includes attendance at Auchmuty High School from 1988 to 1993.
