Pat Verduin is a retired Chief Technology Officer at Colgate-Palmolive, where they led a team of scientists, designers, and engineers for 15 years. Pat currently serves on the Board of Directors for Ingredion Corporation, Avient Corporation, and FMC Corporation, as well as the Board of Trustees for The Valley Hospital. They previously held positions such as Vice President of Scientific Affairs at the Grocery Manufacturers Association and Vice President of Research & Development at ConAgra Foods. Pat began their career at Nabisco, eventually dedicating 17 years to the organization in various roles. They earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a PhD in Food Science from Rutgers University.
