Brad J. Davison currently serves as the Director of Technology at Avient Corporation, overseeing the SEM Technology Department, which includes formulation science, plastic application development, and advanced process engineering. This role involves managing a team of over 50 associates across two development locations with three technical labs. Previously, Brad held the position of Senior Technology Manager at both Avient Corporation and PolyOne, where a key achievement was the implementation of the SEM “two in the box” business approach. Brad's extensive experience also includes positions as an Application Development Engineer and Regional Tech Service Engineer, as well as roles at Delphi Automotive Systems as a Senior Process Engineer and Sensor Product Engineer. Brad J. Davison holds a Bachelor's degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Penn State Erie and is pursuing an MBA in Leadership from Youngstown State University.
