Michele Retzbach has extensive experience in account management and solutions consulting, currently serving as Principal Bank Partner Manager and previously as a Principal Solutions Consultant at AvidXchange, Inc. since July 2016. AvidXchange specializes in streamlining the Accounts Payable process for businesses through a SaaS-based platform. Prior to AvidXchange, Michele worked at Flores & Associates from April 2011 to July 2016 as an Account Manager, where responsibilities included client relationship management, implementation processes, and addressing inquiries related to employee benefits. Michele also has experience as a Staffing Manager at RemX Financial Staffing and a Recruiter at Randstad, specializing in recruitment and staffing solutions. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Media Studies from Radford University.
