Victor DeMarco is the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Head of Advisory Services at Avidbank, where they have been since 2020. With a strong foundation in venture banking and venture debt, Victor was part of the founding team at Square 1 Bank, which went public in 2014 and was acquired by PacWest Bancorp in 2015. They also practiced law at Smith Anderson from 2019 to 2020. Victor holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Carolina State University.
