Jane YC Chan is an experienced professional in clinical development, currently serving as the Clinical Development lead at AviadoBio since February 2022, focusing on AAV gene therapy for rare disease indications. Prior to this role, Jane held a similar position at Freeline, where responsibilities included clinical translational strategy and cross-programme projects. Jane's earlier experience at UCB encompassed various roles in translational medicine, global medical affairs, and clinical development within the fields of immunology and neurology. Jane's medical career began at NHS England, where involvement as a Core Medical Specialty Registrar was complemented by participation in a Foundation Training Programme. Jane's academic credentials include a MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, an MBBS from Imperial College London, and an MSc in Health Economics, Policy & Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
