Ahmad Hammoud, Eng, PMP, is a Director of Customer Success Management for the Americas at AVEVA, where they lead Customer Success Managers in the region. With over 17 years of experience in software development and customer support, Ahmad has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Customer Success at AVEVA and Group Leader of Technical Support at OSIsoft. They hold a Mini MBA in Business Administration from McGill University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Université de Montréal. Ahmad is dedicated to lifelong learning and currently serves as the interim Head of Global Customer Success Management at AVEVA.
