Yonghua Zhao is the Vice President of R&D for the Materials Group Asia Pacific at Avery Dennison, a role they have held since 2024. With 14 years of experience in research and development, Yonghua has worked in various capacities across companies such as GE and Henkel, where they led teams focused on innovative product developments in adhesives and sealants. Yonghua also holds a GLOBAL EMBA from the China Europe International Business School, completed in 2019. Having managed diverse teams in multiple countries, Yonghua is recognized for their strategic collaboration and business-oriented approach in driving product innovation across the Asia Pacific region.
