Michael Zhang possesses extensive experience in project management and operational improvement within the printing industry. At Avery Dennison from June 2012 to December 2013, Michael served as a Global Project Engineer, focusing on the deployment of best practices across factories in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia, while also driving improvement in operational metrics. Prior roles included managing prepress and production departments, overseeing a team of 30 in daily production, and training teams in Mexico on production metrics.
