Ayoub Rihane has extensive experience in unified communications and telecommunications, beginning with a role as an OSS Engineer at Orange from November 2014 to October 2017. Following this, Ayoub worked as a Unified Communications Consultant focusing on Skype for Business at METSYS from November 2017 to June 2020. Subsequently, Ayoub served as a UC Consultant for Teams and Skype at Insight from July 2020 to December 2021, before joining Avanade in January 2022 as a Microsoft UC Consultant, specializing in Teams, Skype, SBC, and M365. Ayoub holds a Technicien Supérieur en Télécommunications degree from Institut Supérieur des Etudes Technologiques en Communications de Tunis and an Ingénieur Nationale en Télécommunications degree from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis.
