Ricky Koo is a certified leadership and communication coach who blends psychology with business expertise. Currently, they serve as an instructor at UC Berkeley Extension and lead their own coaching practice, Ricky Koo Coaching. Previously, Ricky had an extensive career in finance, including roles at prominent companies such as Oracle, Autodesk, and Deloitte. They started their career in banking at Chase and transitioned through various financial positions, culminating in senior director roles in FP&A.
