Lavender W. Posey is a versatile high-tech product, marketing, and business development professional focused on innovation and emerging technologies. After leaving architecture in 2000, they played a pivotal role in launching Revit's 3D building design tool, which Autodesk acquired in 2002. Currently, they lead Autodesk’s network of innovation centers, overseeing initiatives like the Autodesk Startups-in-Residence program and the BUILD Space in Boston, which hosts collaborative research in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Lavender previously held several senior leadership roles at Autodesk, driving product marketing, technology engagement, and strategic partnerships. They are also pursuing advanced studies in Psychology and Neuroscience at Duke University, among other degrees.
