Anja Steindl is an experienced lead consultant at Autodesk since October 2018, specializing in the implementation of Autodesk construction products across Europe, the US, and Australia. Steindl conducts discovery workshops, analyzes customer digitization levels, and collaborates with account teams to develop business models and optimize workflows. Prior to Autodesk, Steindl worked as a product manager at RIB Software AG, where responsibilities included assessing customer requirements for software development and managing teams across multiple countries. Steindl's career also includes roles as a business consultant at RIB Software AG and an internal BIM consultant at BAM Deutschland, where initiatives focused on digital transformation strategies. Steindl began a career at Ed. Züblin AG, overseeing project management in BIM research and turnkey construction. Anja holds a Diplom in Architecture from the University of Stuttgart.
