Kelsey Adair, MS, BCBA, LBA, is currently the Co-CEO and Owner of Autism Services of Minnesota. Kelsey previously worked at Helena Autism Therapy from 2016 to 2022, where they supervised programming for clients, coordinated training, and managed billing. Before that, Kelsey served as a Senior Behavior Therapist at Partners In Excellence from 2012 to 2016, focusing on individualized treatment and parent training. They also held consulting positions as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Breakthrough Therapy Center and LAKES COUNSELING SERVICES LLC in 2021. Kelsey earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Master's degree in Psychology from Capella University.
