Dave Provenzano, CPA, currently serves as EVP Tax and Treasurer at Authentic Brands Group since August 2025. Previously held the position of Head of Tax, Treasury and Risk Management at Coty from September 2024 to August 2025. Provenzano spent over 15 years at Capri Holdings Limited, ultimately as SVP, Tax & Risk Management & Treasurer, where a significant achievement included the creation and implementation of a highly effective tax department. Earlier in the career, Provenzano worked as a Tax Manager at Univision and gained experience at KPMG US and Arthur Andersen as a Tax Senior and Tax Associate, respectively. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Taxation from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The College of New Jersey.
