Brian Brauntuch is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly within the consumer brand sector. As the Executive Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Authentic Brands Group since January 2018, Brian has successfully acquired and integrated over 20 consumer brands, generating more than $24 billion in global annual retail sales. Prior to this role, Brian served as Vice President of Partnerships and Operations at EVEN Financial, contributing to its acquisition by MoneyLion for $440 million in 2022. Brian's earlier experience at American Express included various positions focused on innovation, partnerships, and product strategy within the Global Corporate Payments division. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
