Tagan Paul is a humanitarian professional specializing in gender, child protection, and safeguarding, with both remote and on-the-ground experience in over 20 countries. Currently pursuing a PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Otago, Tagan previously achieved a Master’s degree with distinction in the same field and another Master’s in Development Studies. Tagan has held roles such as Senior Adviser Safeguarding at the Australian Red Cross and has contributed to organizations like Save the Children Australia and RedR Australia. Their expertise includes providing technical advice and coordination across Asia Pacific in high-risk and complex global emergencies.
