Previously, Katz held the position of Chief Major Gifts Officer at Seton Healthcare Family/Dell Children’s and served as the Senior Director of Major Gifts at Dell Children's Medical Center Foundation. Katz also worked as Campaign Director at St. Stephen's Episcopal School, showcasing a strong background in major gifts and campaign management within educational and healthcare sectors.
