Sierra Christman Gilder serves as the Manager of Employee Experience at Austal USA since October 2011, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and recognition. Prior positions at Austal include HRIS Coordinator and LOA Coordinator, among others. Previously, Sierra worked at The United States Sports Academy from August 2006 to June 2011 in admissions and student services, where responsibilities included recruiting students and managing the admission process. Sierra's experience in the banking sector includes roles at AmSouth Bank and the National Bank of Commerce as a Financial Service Specialist and Financial Service Advisor, respectively. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fiber Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design, completed between 1998 and 2003.
