Formby has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, successfully guiding teams to meet project deadlines and budget goals. They has also played a pivotal role in the design and fabrication of structural steel, working on diverse projects for commercial and military applications. Formby studied Drafting and Design Technology at Pearl River Junior College.
