Earl (Lee J) Cotton is currently the Director of Business Affairs for Entertainment Originals at Audible. They previously served as Corporate Counsel at Prime Video and Assistant General Counsel at CBS Television Network, specializing in unscripted and scripted television production, licensing, and development. Earl gained initial experience as a Summer Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and as a Law Clerk for Fox Music at Twentieth Century Fox. Earl holds a Doctor of Law degree from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a minor in Musical Theatre from the University of Southern California. They are also a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
