Marco Venanzoni serves as Salesforce Lead Engineer at audibene since April 2021, specializing in the design and development of innovative solutions within the Salesforce platform. Prior to this role, Marco held various positions at Fluido from May 2014 to April 2021, advancing from Salesforce Developer to Architect & Sr. Salesforce Developer, where responsibilities included leading development cycles for Customer Service Cloud and implementing Single Sign-On solutions. Marco began their career as a teacher at "Le Pleiadi" Associazione Culturale and has contributed to Force.com training initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and a Master in ICT in Cloud Applications and Services from Elis.org ICT Academy.
