Kerry Bakkerus has extensive experience in strategy, risk, and assurance, having served in various leadership roles in renowned organizations. They began their career at Ernst & Young as a Consultant and later became a Senior Manager in Risk Advisory Services. Kerry continued to build their expertise at Deloitte New Zealand, where they held the position of Associate Director in Enterprise Risk Services. Currently serving as the Head of Risk and Assurance at Auckland Transport, Kerry also holds the role of Group GM of Internal Audit at SkyCity Entertainment Group. Additionally, they are actively involved with RIMS NZ and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
