Alexandra Burgess is an infrastructure delivery consultant specializing in portfolio and program delivery. Currently serving as the Programme Controls Manager for the City Rail Link at Auckland Transport, they lead a team focused on schedule integration and operational readiness. With previous roles as a Project Delivery Consultant at Tonkin & Taylor and a Project Manager at Network Rail, Alexandra has extensive experience in risk management and project controls for significant infrastructure projects.
