Anna Cameron is an accomplished arts leader with extensive experience in directing and managing major performing arts organizations in Aotearoa. Currently serving as Director of Artistic Operations and Deputy CEO at Auckland Theatre Company since January 2019, Anna supervises artistic leadership, financial management, and philanthropic relationships while delivering high-quality theatre experiences. Previous roles include Executive Director and General Manager at Auckland Council, where Anna oversaw arts and cultural events across the region, and Head of Programming for the New Zealand Festival, managing significant events and strategic planning. With a strong background in programming and event curation, sponsorship management, and team leadership, Anna has also contributed to various cultural initiatives with organizations like the British Council and Playmarket. Anna holds a BA in English and Theatre Studies from the University of Otago.
