William Barry is the Director of New Technology and Product Development at AT&T, a position they have held since joining the company. Previously, Barry served as the Director of New Technology Product Development Engineering within AT&T Government Solutions from 2003. Earlier in their career, Barry was a Senior Systems Administrator at Commerce One from 2000 to 2003. Barry is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology at the University of Phoenix and holds a Bachelor of Science in CMIS from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
