Kripanand Joseph Sewpersaud, known as Joe, is a Senior Real Estate & Construction Manager at AT&T, where they have worked for over thirty years. Originally from Guyana, they relocated to the United States at the age of six and have lived in Minnesota since 1990. Joe holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from the University of Phoenix. They have held various roles at AT&T, including Network Process & Quality Manager, and are recognized for leading the successful Tower Asset Recovery Program, saving approximately $1 million per month. Joe enjoys taking on new challenges and has a passion for learning, culminating in various technical certifications throughout their career.
