Howard Lang is currently an Expert Member of the Technical Staff at AT&T Labs, specializing in consumer protection services and 5G Wireless Technology. Since 1984, Howard has contributed to significant advancements in telecommunications, including the launch of AT&T Call Protect, the first network-based service to defend against unwanted calls. Howard holds numerous patents in telecommunications and has prior experience in developing technologies for undersea cable systems. In addition to their work at AT&T, Howard serves on the Board of Directors for the Communications Fraud Control Association. Howard is pursuing multiple degrees in areas including Computer & Information Science, Biophysics, and Electrical Engineering - Biomedical.
